Admin Guide

Admin Dashboard Guide

The administration dashboard is accessible at /admin. Only authorized staff can log in.

Logging In

Navigate to /admin/login and enter your email and password. After logging in, you will be taken to the dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard shows statistics cards for News, Events, Clubs, Gallery, Users, and Club Patrons. Quick action buttons provide fast access to common tasks.

Managing News

• Go to News in the sidebar
• Click + Create Article to write a new news post
• Set status to "Published" to make it visible on the website
• You can upload a featured image for each article

Managing Gallery

• Go to Gallery in the sidebar
• Click Upload Photos to add new images
• Select an album and upload one or multiple photos at once
• Drag and drop files onto the upload zone for convenience

School Settings (Super Admin only)

• Change school name, motto, and description
• Upload logo and hero image
• Update academic year and current term
• Update contact details (phone, email, address)

User Management (Super Admin only)

Create and manage user accounts with different roles: Super Admin, Website Administrator, Club Patron, and Editor.
