Club Patron Guide

Club Patron Guide

As a Club Patron, you are responsible for managing your assigned club's presence on the school website.

Logging In

Log in at /admin/login using your patron email and password.

Your Dashboard

After logging in, you will see the dashboard with statistics and quick access to your club's management section.

Updating Your Club

• Go to Clubs in the sidebar
• Click Edit on your club
• Update the description and upload a club photo

Creating Club Posts

• Go to Clubs → Click Posts on your club
• Click + Add Post to create a new announcement or activity update
• Add a title, content, and optionally an image
• Posts appear on your club's public page immediately

Important Notes

• You can only manage your own assigned club
• You cannot edit other clubs, news, or gallery
• Contact the Super Admin if you need to change your club assignment
